Overheard

I was on my way to work in a cab this morning when I overheard this conversation between the Customer Service person and a Taxi Driver over the talkie system:

Operator: Lady customer will be waiting at the lobby.
Taxi Driver: Roger. 5 Minutes.

5 minutes later...

Taxi Driver: Where is the woman? I'm at the lobby.
Operator: Hold on. I'll call her.
Operator: She never pick up her call. Just proceed lah.
Taxi Driver: !@#%^&* (grumble grumble grumble)
Taxi Driver: Remember to take down her number. Next time she call don't give her taxi.
Operator: Okay, roger.

Is that how things are done now?
